Other researchers have noted that HCA also works to decrease the occurrence of problematic issues, like stress eating. The compound is believed to help decrease Serotonin production, which is the biggest driving force behind why we stress eat. So as long as Balance Fit Garcinia Cambogia is working with good Garcinia Cambogia, and providing it in the concentration they’re claiming, there’s not reason it shouldn’t work.
