We here at NewReviewHQ pride ourselves on two things. One, our content. Our content is diverse, and ranges from discussions about niche specific ingredients, to more broad topics that matter to our readers, and to us. In addition to our focus on quality content, we also like to give our users the least invasive experience possible. That means no pop-up advertisements, and the most minimal advertisement services, if any at all.
The second thing we’re most proud of here is our staff. Our staff is a combination of highly capable and passionate people, and we love them dearly. But, we also need to keep them paid. That means that on occasion, we’ll offer up an affiliate link or two. These usually come in the form of a recommended product, or even access to the product being reviewed. While we try to be as fair as possible in our reviews, and we definitely don’t let money sway our opinions of products, we do use this as a way to pay our bills.
So, what is an affiliate link? Basically, it’s a technique that companies use to reward advertisers of a product. Whether that comes from a recommendation, or even direct access to their product, affiliate marketing has proven to be one of the most popular ways for companies to fund their advertising. So when you see a link to a product on our site, that typically means that we’re getting paid a percentage, or flat rate of money for the sale of that product, should you buy it.
While this might rub some people the wrong way, we think it’s a better method than inundating our readers with ads and pop-ups, or even resorting to selling our email list. (That won’t happen, ever.)
One thing we highly recommend for people who do click on our affiliate links is to write down the contact information for the company
If you have an issue, or want clarification on our disclaimers, feel free to contact us, we’re always happy to talk.
