Keep Your Body & Your Skin Hydrated

If you want healthy looking skin for life, start with staying hydrated. This is incredibly important for skin not just on your face, but on the rest of your body as well. When your skin is dehydrated, it is much more prone to drying out, cracking and forming wrinkles. To prevent wrinkles, it is essential to drink at least 8 cups of water a day and invest in a good moisturizer. Avoid products that contain harsh ingredients and alcohols. Alcohol further dries out the skin and will do more damage than good. If you have sensitive skin, look into using natural oils to keep the skin hydrated and soft.
