To treat low testosterone, you may want to take a supplement or look into hormone therapy.

To prevent anxiety attacks there are a number of methods you can use. Many people find that simply taking a few deep breaths can lower the symptoms of anxiety. Another popular prevention technique is to find a quite and dark place and just sit and be alone for a little while.
