What Is The Dubrow Diet? | Heather Dubrow Diet

Fortunately for you, we are going to go a little more in depth with the Heather Dubrow Diet than just saying it’s a mix between keto and fasting. It also uses a concept known as interval eating. Interval eating is limiting yourself to eating between specified hours of the day. Rather than eating whenever you feel like it, interval eating within The Dubrow Diet limits you to eating only during certain times. For example, you would eat within an eight-hour window. For the next sixteen hours after that, you restrict yourself.

What Is The Heather Dubrow Diet And How Does It Work?

One of the most important parts of the Heather And Terry Dubrow diet is to ensure that you are getting the interval eating right and focus on getting the right kinds of food. There are three phases of the Dubrow Diet:

  1. 16-Hour Fast – This lasts for 2 to 5 days. Within the time frame, you should focus on getting protein, healthy fat, veggies, and other low-carb items in your meals. Skip alcohol.
  2. 12-16-Hour Fast – This phase lasts until you reach you successfully lose your weight. The foods are the same as in the first phase, but you can have some
  3. Continue – Keep going with your 12-hour fast five days a week. Then for two of the days, fast for 16 hours. Keep a similar diet. But, you can have a cheat meal from time to time.
