eCom Profit Sniper Training

the whole system for eCom Profit Sniper is really a training program.  In this training, they’re working to teach you a method for online money making called media-buying.  So what is media buying?  It’s essentially online advertising.  You buy ad appearances for people who are interested in certain categories, and for every click, you pay the host company.  Whether or not that click converts is up to you. The cost of that click can also vary by the amount of people interested in advertising on that product niche.  So if you want to advertise for something as popular as, say, weight loss, you’ll have to pay more money than advertising something more niche, like specialty cat foods.

eCom Profit Sniper Training: Part One

The first part of the eCom Profit Sniper training is getting you educated on how to set up your own drop ship site.  This goes from finding a domain, to finding a host, to finding a theme and getting it set up.  This is a lot of work for a newbie, but they do a decent job of walking everybody through it.  That said, there are things you can run into during this process that can give you headaches.  Luckily, there are plenty of resources out there if you know where to look.

eCom Profit Sniper Training: Picking Your Niche

Like we said above in our talk about media buying, in order to be profitable, you need to know in advance which niche you’re going to target. Our best advice in this area is that you should pick an area that you’re knowledgeable in. If you go in from scratch on a subject, it’s just another thing you’re putting on your plate during this somewhat difficult process.  Try and find a niche that is popular, but inexpensive for advertising on, and that isn’t already occupied by heavy hitters.

eCom Profit Sniper Training: Setting Up Your Products

Any good dropship site is only worth as much as the products it’s selling.  That’s why this next part of the training is so important.  In order to make the most of this area, be sure your site and niche reflect the ad areas you’ll be targeting.  You don’t want to have knives on your site if you’re buying advertising for people interested in pet toys. That would just mean a terrible conversion rate for you, and a lot of wasted money.  Try to pick products you think will be effective and that people will actually buy once they click on your advertisement. Another important part of the process here is making sure your images are attractive and high quality.  If someone sees a picture of a stuffed animal and it looks like a potato, they’re not going to click on it.

eCom Profit Sniper: Setting up your ads

This is the most important part of the whole spiel from eCom Profit Sniper. After all, getting a good looking, on target, and cost effective ad is the whole basis of the program.  But doing that is a lot easier said than done.  Unfortunately, we think this is the weakest area of their training.  While they do a decent job of getting you set up with a drop ship site, it’s hard to tell you how to market if they don’t know which niche your targeting.  Luckily for you, there are a lot of resources online that can help you get things figured out.

Making a good ad:

  • Step 1: Understand Your Audience
  • Step 2: Make it look good
  • Step 3: Make it clickable
  • Step 4: Make sure the cost per click is profitable
  • Step 5: Document, Alter, Repeat

eCom Profit Sniper: Profit Potential

While eCom Profit Sniper is quick to point to big profits from some of its users, they’re also very clear in their disclaimer that they’re not guaranteeing those kind of numbers.  They say that earning potential is “entirely dependent” on who is using the system, and how much effort they’re putting in.  But that user blame isn’t entirely accurate, there are shortcomings in their training as well.  As for whether or not the price for eCom Profit Sniper is worth it, that’s another question entirely. We think the program is worth the money, but if you feel like doing some googling, you can get the same ideas for free, just not in a focused, easy to absorb kind of way.

eCom Profit Sniper: Final Thoughts

There’s a lot to take in with this program.  But the biggest complaint we have about it is that it’s not comprehensive enough.  But that’s the trouble with a program like this, they can’t make a guide for every potential niche that a person could advertise in.  A lot of the info and success potential for the program is dependent on the aptitude, and skill of the customer.  If you’re slow with computers, or you don’t have an eye for design or people, this probably isn’t going to change that. Our advice is to take a look in the mirror, decide if you have the prerequisite skills to do this, then decide if you want to take a stab at it.  Thanks for reading our review, we hope you found it useful.  If you did, give us a rating on the star chart below. We’re shooting for Aquarius.
