Skinny Fit Tea Review 5/5 (1)

Fancy a spot of tea?   We know the US is primarily a coffee nation.  But we also know that the US is a country built on multi-tasking.  I mean, even as I’m writing this I’m listening to music, and checking my phone for messages.  So when we hear about products like Skinny Fit Tea, we get excited.  It’s a tea designed to multitask, giving users a boost in weight loss, and deliciousness.  In our review today, we’ll look at whether or not Skinny Fit Tea works, or whether it leaves a lot to be desired (tea jokes y’all).

The first thing to consider about Skinny Fit Tea is that it’s not just a single product.  They have a whole line of products that range from their most popular, Skinny Fit Detox Tea, to their ZZZTox Tea (and interesting night detox blend).  But that’s really only the start.  Today we’re going to cover the different Skinny Fit Tea Products, and where they sit in terms of popularity, efficacy, and overall safety.  But if you’re more in the mood to be a queen for the day, order your tea service without the reading by clicking the banner below.  It’s available in a few different buying options, be sure to check them out.

Skinny Fit Tea Products

This lineup is deep.  We’re going to rattle off the products, and then give a few words about them.

Skinny Fit Belly Balance

According to the website, Skinny Fit Tea Belly Balance promotes digestion, and alleviates bloating, and improves nutrient absorption.  But other information on this product has been tough to come by, including supporting studies and literature. It runs $49.95/bottle if you buy it, or $39.95 if you subscribe to their monthly shipment package.  It’s not a tea, but rather a pill-based supplement.

Skinny Fit Belly Balance Ingredients

In looking at the ingredient label for Skinny Fit Belly Balance, we’re seeing a few things that stand out.  First off, it’s probably working as a colon cleanser, as we see two common ingredients sticking out.  Check out the ingredients, and we’ll talk about them below.

The big ones that stick out for us are the psyllium seed husks and alfalfa, and the Aloe Vera leaf.  The husks and alfalfa are easy to peg as fiber sources.  Aloe Vera, of course, is a popular natural laxative.  Combined, they’re forming the classic colon cleansing duo.  They make you poop, and give you the fiber that helps clean you out (in theory).  We don’t really like the term cleanse, as it associates it with the more unhealthy cousins of this form (the ones where you’re drinking gallon after gallon of water and eating weird Himalayan herbs).  This one seems safe, but a quick chat with your doctor can make sure it’s right for you.

Skinny Fit Tea Hunger Buster

This diet pill from Skinny Fit Tea is supposedly going to make you “outsmart” foot cravings.  As to how it’s achieving that, or how it’s supporting those claims, we’re not sure.  Of all the Skinny Fit Tea products, it’s the lowest reviewed at 3/5 stars with 9.2k reviews. The advertising taglines include the assertions that it helps users; “kickstart metoablism”, “increase energy”, and “fight cravings”.  Those marketing terms align with something we’ve seen before, and a quick look at the ingredient label confirmed our suspicion.  It’s a Garcinia supplement.

Skinny Fit Tea Hunger Buster Ingredients:

The ingredients for Skinny Fit Tea Hunger Buster are built around the divisive Garcinia Cambogia Extract.  Here it’s present at 1000mg/serving, and standardized to 60% Hydroxycitric Acid by volume.  With it are two support ingredients, Calcium Carbonate, and Chromium Amino Acid Chelate.  The idea is that the HCA is made more “bioavailable” by existing in a  Calcium “salt”, rather than as a strictly organic ingredient.

As to if the Garcinia is going to give you the results that Skinny Fit Tea is claiming, that’s up for debate.  There are conflicting studies on whether or not Garcinia helps with appetite suppression, or weight loss.  If you decide to try it, go into it with an experimental mindset, and talk with your doctor.

Skinny Fit Tea Daily Glow

This supplement from Skinny Fit Tea covers something that a lot of women (and some men) are taking already. It’s a hair, skin and nails supplement. It’s one of the higher reviewed supplements from Skinny Fit tea.  But does the supplement itself give enough in terms of quality or efficacy to warrant the somewhat high price tag?

That’s up for debate.  It does compare positively against some online dietary supplements, but it is fairly example at the standalone bottle price. Skinny Fit Tea Daily Glow does have a subscription options which knocks some of that price, which does help.

Skinny Fit Tea Daily Glow Ingredients

This is an interesting supplement in terms of a hair/skin/nails supplement.  It goes beyond just the basic biotin supplement, and includes some trendy natural ingredients.  Whether that translates to efficacy, we’re not sure.

The standouts for us in this ingredient list are the extracts.  It shows a little more expensive/premium approach, which is a nice touch.  That said, we’ve seen issues with dedicated kelp supplements as they can contain high levels of arsenic.  Bamboo Extract, is a general net positive in our book, but be sure to check in with your doctor, or at least check out this study to see some pros/cons.

Skinny Fit Tea Daily Glow Side Effects

In looking at these ingredients, we noted the kelp and bamboo extract as having potential side effects.  But if you decide to go ahead with Skinny Fit Tea Daily Glow, check in with your doctor.  They’ll be able to walk you through any complications you might (at least predictively) have.

Where To Buy Skinny Fit Daily Glow Pills

If you want to buy Skinny Fit Tea Daily Glow pills, then it’s as easy as looking it up on google.  We’ll provide links to that product, or a comparatively good product on site, so if you want to save a step, you can try that too.

Is There a Skinny Fit Tea Trial Program?

Not that we’ve seen, no.  We think their marketing budget is enough to avoid using that kind of tactic, which should pay off for it (and consumer confidence in the

Skinny Fit Tea Jump Start

Focus, motivation, endurance.  This one sounds like it’s a pre-workout formula.  Nothing wrong with that, but we also know that it’s probably going to contain some kind of stimulant.  It’s the highest rated of the Skinny Fit Tea products, even though it’s a lemonade drink powder.  Let’s jump straight to the ingredients.

Skinny Fit Tea Jump Start Ingredients

We weren’t able to find an ingredient label on the Skinny Fit Tea site for this one.  But we tracked down some ingredients listed on amazon.  Here’s what we’re seeing;

  • Niacin (as niacinamide)
  • L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate 2:1
  • L-Citrulline Malate
  • L-Carnitine L-Tartrate
  • Taurine, Caffeine Anhydrous
  • Theobromine
  • Mucuna Pruriens Extract (L-Dopa)(seeds)
  • Natural Flavors
  • Silicon Dioxide
  • Sucralose
  • Beet Root Powder (for color)

Obviously you can only glean so much from this without amounts/dietary info listed.  But there are a few things that stand out.

Arginine AKG is a big one, and one you see in a lot of workout formulas.  But the information supporting it is shaky at best.

There are two other amino acids present, L-Carnintine and L-Citrulline, both of which see a lot of use in muscle supplements.

There are two other ingredients that stand out; caffeine and Sucralose. Caffeine was something we thought we’d see, but we’re not sure on how much is in the blend.  Sucralose, of course, is an artificial sweetener that is calorie free.

Skinny Fit Tea Repair and Recover

In this adroitly-named post-workout supplement, Skinny Fit Tea Co sets out to promote repair, alleviate soreness, and “amplify fat burn”.   But under the surface, it’s not so different from your

Skinny Fit Tea Detox

This is the product that started it all for Skinny Fit Tea, and it’s proven to have both loyal users, and plenty of haters.  Say what you will, it’s popular.  But is it effective?  That remains to be seen.  Let’s look at the ingredients and see what’s going on.

Skinny Fit Tea Detox Ingredients:

  • Sencha Green Tea
  • Nettle Leaf
  • Oolong Tea
  • Dandelion Leaf
  • Goji Berry
  • Yerba Mate
  • Lemon Grass
  • Milk Thistle
  • Guarana
  • Peach Flavoring
  • Ginseng
  • Citric Acid
  • Stevia Leaf
  • Matcha Green Tea

Let’s look at a few ingredients that stand out.

  • Sencha Green Tea – We had to look this one up. Sencha Green tea is basically what we typically think of as green tea.  It’s the whole tea leaves.  They contain a moderate amount of caffeine.
  • Matcha Green Tea – This is the powdered form of Green Tea, but is specially grown for this application.  It tastes a little bitter, but is balanced out by other ingredients in this blend.
  • Yerba Mate – This one also contains caffeine. (noticing a trend?) It also has some benefits that go beyond that, with a lot of polyphenols in it.

Skinny Fit Tea ZzzTox

This one is another flagship tea from Skinny Fit Tea, but it doesn’t contain the caffeine.  It’s similar to other products on the market, but carbes out a niche by advertising itself as a “detox” tea.  As to whether or not it detoxes the body, we’re not sure.  There doesn’t seem to be any studies backing up their claims there.  But there are ingredients we’re seeing that accomplish the relaxation/ ZZZ side of things.  Let’s take a peek at the ingredient list.

Skinny Fit Tea ZZZTox Ingredients

  • Roolbos Leaf
  • Chamomile Flower
  • Lavender Buds
  • Natural Vanilla Flavor
  • Lemon Balm Leaf
  • Peppermint Leaf
  • Cornflower
  • Valerian Root

There are a few in here that standout as relaxing tea ingredients.  Chamomile, Lavender, Valerian root; these are all standard fare for sleep teas.  As to the detoxifying aspect of the blend, we’re not really seeing it.  That’s not to say that it’s not delicious, but attributing any other benefits to it might be foolhardy.

That said, it’s well-reviewed and popular, so we might be off track.

We’ve covered a ton of information here, and yet we don’t feel like we’ve covered everything there is to know about Skinny Fit Tea
